Every year the sleepy town of Elmvale explodes in a celebration of Nature's rites of Spring – the running of liquid gold – Ontario Pure Maple Syrup. The town transforms into a shoppers' mall for country craft seekers; kids and grown-ups squeal in delight at the Midway all weekend; hungry breakfasters chow down on sausages and pancakes topped by local golden nectar; jump into the horse-drawn wagon for the Sugar Bush Tour. The Main Stage presents a great line-up of activities and music while Jazz and Blues will lure you to the West Stage.
Sounds like a wonderful day in the country? Go 20 kilometers north of Barrie on Hwy 27 to the Wasaga Beach Road and you will be in the midst of our annual celebration of the sweet Spring gold – Maple Syrup at the exciting Elmvale Maple Syrup Festival.
