 I am so glad I took these classes! I had so many questions about childbirth and being a new mom that a friend of mine suggested I take this class - I am so glad I listened! I feel so much more prepared, I have more confidence in my own ability and I know I have rights and choices that I have no idea existed before - my OB never told me! Nicky and Kristina provided the perfect blend of medical and holistic information and were very supportive to the entire class. It was a fun way to meet other parents to be and my husband and I would recommend them to anyone.
